At Ember, we want to get your order to you quickly and discreetly so you can start the ritual on your own terms.

Discreet Packaging
Every Ember order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies the product or its contents, and your order is never described anywhere visible on the label. Your privacy is part of what you're buying.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery time is [5–8] business days from the date of purchase, including processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, high-demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carrier

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Any additional shipping options, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Issues
If your package appears to be lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or shows a "delivered" status but has not arrived, please contact us at support@emberformen.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you in accordance with our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control, but we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
